Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent out on a Royal Mail First Class service and should be with you within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.  Total shipping time, from ordering to your order coming through your door can be up to 5 working days.

Any UK orders over £45.00 qualify for free shipping and are sent on a Tracked Royal Mail Service

EU Shipping

All EU orders are sent on an International Standard Royal Mail Service and should be with you within 3 – 5 days of dispatch. Total shipping time, from ordering to your order coming through your door can be up to 8 working days.  

If you require a Tracked Service this option is available at the checkout.

Rest Of The World Shipping

All International orders are sent on an International Standard Royal Mail Service and should be with you within 6-7 days of dispatch. Total shipping time, from ordering to your order coming through your door can be up to 11 working days.  

If you require a Tracked International Service this option is available at the checkout.

Shipping Days

I ship out orders on a Monday, a Wednesday and a Friday, if you need something urgently then please let me know and I will try my best to get it out as soon as possible for you. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product/s please read the below returns policy and email me on hello@chloe-hall.co.uk and I will get back in touch as soon as possible. 

The returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, unless faulty, I am unable to offer refunds for sale items, ceramic pieces, hand embroidered prints or originals.
